What is BRON?

BRON was inspired by the Swedish word “bron” which means bridge. BRON is creating a bridge between companies and investors that allows both to get information from the other. Founded by a buyside portfolio manager whose intent was/is to create an easy to use app, BRON is where investors can access ALL investor relations content. Companies distribute information and through BRON’s social networking element, companies engage directly with interested investors.

• For Companies, BRON provides direct channels for issuers to get valuable financial information directly to investors. This allows them to target new investors, bypass investment banks, improve investor relations and allows them to create community and connect directly.
• For Institutional Investors: BRON provides large professional investors access to companies directly. It offers them a compliant direct messaging system. BRON provides them with unadulterated and complete digital information direct from companies.
• For Individual Investors: BRON provides individual investors with information they have previously not had access to or never had access to quickly enough to make powerful investing decisions. BRON is opening a new level of direct financial education without forcing individual investors to rely on social media or editorialized information coming from traditional media.
